This service will allow you to check on the progress being made to deal with a reported fault on your telephone line.
This and the following few screens are designed to explain how to use the BT Fault Progress Reporting system and to show you what you would see when making use of the service. Once you are familiar with these pages click here to track your Fault Progress
To access the service you will need to enter the telephone number the fault has been reported against into the screen shown below.

On entering the telephone number and clicking the "Go for it!" button on the screen the system will search for the most recent outstanding fault, (or a fault that has recently been closed) for the telephone number.
